Kombucha—Let's Get Started!

Master Food Preservers Margie Adler and Ann Anderson will lead a workshop on making delicious Kombucha! During class, you will partially prepare the first/basic fermentation and receive instructions for flavoring and bottling at home. We will discuss the mystifying SCOBY, fermentation, ingredients, and tools.
You will go home with a glass jar filled with your first round of Kombucha, the all-important reusable live SCOBY, recipes, and tips for keeping your Kombucha vessel full and flowing!
The fee is $20 per person. Please note there are no refunds.
There is very limited space for this demonstration—Only 22 students. You can use a credit card to secure your space.
